Ingredients

1 packagesLow-Fat Cream Cheese
1 cupLow-Fat Sour Cream
1 envelopeItalian Salad Dressing Mix, ( I use Zesty)
3 cupFrozen, chopped Broccoli Florets, (thawed and patted dry)
2 cupShredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

Preheat oven to 350°.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and dressing mix until blended.

Fold in broccoli and 1 1/2 cups of cheese, then spoon into pie plate or a shallow 1 qt. dish. (Spread evenly).

Bake 20 minutes, Remove, Sprinkle with remaining cheese and then bake 5 more minutes until cheese is melted.

Serve warm on crackers!
