  2. 1 largeBag tortilla chips
  3. 1 largeRed onion
  4. 2 canCream of mushroom soup
  5. 2 canRotel, drained
  6. 1 packagesShredded chedder cheese

    Brown ground beef and onion and drain. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Mixed together Rotel and soup.

  3. 3

    Crush chips slightly. Layer chips on bottom of a deep casserole dish. Ground beef mixture next, cheese and then soup mixture last.

  4. 4

    Repeat layers ending in chip layer. Top with remaining cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake uncovered at 350 ° for 20 minutes or until bubbly
