#HealthyJunior......My great grandmother in law was making this dish. Here I have Steamed Rice dumpings and seasoned with Butter, Garlic and of course Cheese.
Steps

Take all flours in a plate. Add ghee.

Boil water (1 /2 cup) and add gradually to the flours

Mix well with hands.

Boil peas and add to the flour.

Add garlic, jeera, turmeric, chilli powder and Coriander leaves.

Form a dough by mixing everything.

Boil water in steamer. Make Dumplings from dough.

Steam for 10 minutes. Remove and let it cool.

You can eat steamed Dumplings too just like my great grandmother in law was serving. Take oil in a bowl, add salt and chilli powder. Just dip in seasoned oil and eat.

Here I have given a twist. Heat butter in nonstick pan. Add crushed garlic and chilli powder.

Shallow fry Dumplings in garlic seasoned oil.

Fry on both sides brown. Add grated cheese.

You can cover the pan till cheese melts.

I have turned one side, spread cheese on other side too.

Enjoy your Cheesy Peasy Dumplings with Tomato ketchup.
