You can use margarine as a subsitute but I like it best with real butter. I like it because i dont have to refridgerate the dough overnight ;-)

1/2 cupicing sugar
1 1/2 cupflour
1red or green marichino cherries

Preheat oven to 325°

Beat butter and icing sugar for 3 mins. Add flour and beat for 10 mins.

Drop by teaspoon full. Top with half a marichino cherry. Bake for 15 mins.
