2tablespoons of oil
1small green pepper, chopped
1small onion, chopped
2tablespoons of minestrone soup
1 tspmeat spice
1 cubebeef stock
to tastebasil and bay leaves
3 cupswater
3 clovesgarlic

Wash meat add crushed garlic, basil and bay leaves

Cook for 30 minutes add water little by little and beef stock

In a glass of water add minestrone soup stir and add with chopped green pepper

Cook for another 30 minutes or until the meat is tender
