Ingredients

  1. 1 kglamb
  2. 2tablespoons of oil
  3. 1small green pepper, chopped
  4. 1small onion, chopped
  5. 2tablespoons of minestrone soup
  6. 1 tspmeat spice
  7. 1 cubebeef stock
  8. to tastebasil and bay leaves
  9. 3 cupswater
  10. 3 clovesgarlic

  1. 1

    Wash meat add crushed garlic, basil and bay leaves

    Cook for 30 minutes add water little by little and beef stock

  3. 3

    In a glass of water add minestrone soup stir and add with chopped green pepper

  4. 4

    Cook for another 30 minutes or until the meat is tender

  5. 5

    Ready 😋 yummy 😋
