Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmoong daal dhuli
  2. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  3. 2onions
  4. 3-4green chillies
  5. as neededOil for deep frying
  6. Masalas required:
  7. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder,
  8. to tastegaram masala
  9. to tastechat Masala
  10. to tastesalt
  11. 1 pinchhing

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the daal for 3-4 hrs,drain water And grind to coarse paste

  2. 2

    To the paste add all the masalas taken including salt to your taste

  3. 3

    Add chopped onions and chillies

  4. 4

    After resting the paste for half an hour mix well

  5. 5

    Now in a pan heat oil for deep frying And deep fry the mungaudi which is served hot with sauce tea or green chutney And onion salad and serve.
