Soak the daal for 3-4 hrs,drain water And grind to coarse paste

To the paste add all the masalas taken including salt to your taste

Add chopped onions and chillies

After resting the paste for half an hour mix well

Now in a pan heat oil for deep frying And deep fry the mungaudi which is served hot with sauce tea or green chutney And onion salad and serve.
