Peel & grate bottle guard

In a pan heat two tablespoons ghee & add to it the grated bottle guard fry it well

To it add sugar & milk stir it well at full flame.

When the milk starts almost absorbed grated mawa is added mix well
- 5
Now add elaichi powder & the left ghee,& almonds chopped, now it is cooked at low flame
- 6
Take of from flame once it starts leaving ghee at sides & turns light brown, garnish with dry fruits chopped.
