Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSuji
  2. 1/2 cupRice flour
  3. 1/2 cupDahi (curd)
  4. 1Onion
  5. 1Carrot
  6. 1Green capsicum
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 4 spoonSauce
  9. 1/2 cupCheese
  10. to tasteOregano & chilli flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pahle suji dahi or rice flour ko milale or pani dal kar ek batter ready karein.

  2. 2

    Batter jyda patla nahi chaiye.

  3. 3

    Fir gajar ko grate karein, capsicum, oinon ko barik cut karein.

  4. 4

    Ab uttapam ke batter me salt add karein.

  5. 5

    Ab tawe par grease kar ke uttapam spread krein. Usko thordi der sim aanch par pakae.

  6. 6

    After two min uske uppar sauce spread karein.

  7. 7

    Ab uske uppar grated cheese spread krein.

  8. 8

    Cheese ke uppar gajar onion or capsicum dale.

  9. 9

    Inhe aap kisi bhi way me dal Saktein hein. Maine indian flag shape me dala hai.

  10. 10

    Veggies dalne ke baad thordi cheese or dale or use thordi der cover kar de kisi plate se.

  11. 11

    Fr 2 min slow flame per pakaye.

  12. 12

    Upar se oregano or chilli flakes sprinkle karein. And serve karein.
