Preheat oven to 300°

Measure the space the fish will occupy on a foil and dab butter around. Lay the fish on the foil.

Using a brush, paint the fish with the lemon juice, and then season with salt and white pepper. Then dab the fish with butter.

In a bowl, mix the minced garlic and mayonnaise together and then paint the fish with the mixture after.

Sprinkle with generous amount of grated cheese all over the fish, your choice to include the head, and then bake from 5-10 minutes. However cooked you prefer.
