Ingredients

12 servings

1 packages3 oz. cherry flavor gelatin
2 tbspWater
1/4 cupIrish cream liqueur
1/2 cupEvaporated milk
3Squares bakers chocolate
12Maraschino cherries or one for each ice cube tray

Steps

Spray ice cube tray with cooking spray. Set aside.

Boil water in microwave

Mix in gelatin during at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved

Microwave milk and chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds until melted,

Combine milk and jello, adding liqueur
6

stir together and pour in ice cube tray
7

Place a cherry in center of each cube
8

Refrigerate 3 hours until set. Run a knife around the edges to loosen
