Bok choy
1 tbspolive oil
2 clovegarlic minced
1 tbspfresh ginger minced
8 cupchopped fresh bok choy
2 tbspsoy sauce
1salt and pepper

Heat oil in large skillet over med heat

Add garlic and ginger and cook 1 min

Add bok choy and soy sauce and cook 3-5 mins until greens are wilted and stalks are crisp-tender

Season to taste with salt and pepper
