80 gAlmonds (whole, raw)
2 tbspSesame seeds

Add sugar to a pan and heat on low until it caramelizes and changes color.

Roast the almonds a little on side. Stir gently, then add almonds. Mix well for 2-3 minutes.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and mix.

Mix lightly, let cool, then separate each almond. Enjoy your Almost Sesame Candy 🍬

Tips

For a crunchier texture, you can toast the almonds lightly before adding them to the caramel.
