Take oats in a grinder jar and grind it

Add semolina and mix it

Add curd into it.

Add water to make a batter.

Now add all the vegetables; cabbage, capsicum, carrot, tomatoes, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves or any other vegetable of your choice.

Now add salt, red chilli powder as per your taste.

Now add few drops of oil in a nonstick pan and spread the oil.

Spread the batter like dosa.

Cook it from both sides.

Your pan cake is ready. Serve it with any sauce or with tea.
