In a pressure cooker, heat oil and add sliced onions. Fry till they turn light pink.

Add chopped Ginger,garlic garam Masala, and dry red chillis Fry.

Now added kala chane and chana dal.

Add coriander powder and fry on medium heat till the oil separates.Add salt and a little water (just enough for cooking) and pressure cook for about 10 minutes.

.Now grind the cooked chana mixture to a coarse paste.Add chopped onion, lime juice, chopped coriander leaves, and green chillies to the ground paste.

.Make round kebabs of the mixture and shallow fry in a nonstick pan.Serve hot with green chutney ya kabab chutney.
