Nariyal ka brown chilka utar kar mixie me grind kar le. Yh teen cup hoga.

Ek tablespoons spoon ghee dal kar thoda bhun le.

Ek kadhai me 3/4 sugar and half cup water dal kar chashni banaye.

Nariyal burada dal kar gass band kar de. Thoda jamne tak hilate jaye.

Elaichi powder dal kar ek plate me ghee laga kar barfi ko failaye uper se dry fruits lagaye....

Thanda hone par cut kar ke freez me rakhe... Yh soft hoti hai is liye freez me rakhne se thodi tight ho jati hai.
