My little twist on Japanese Fried Rice. Simple, yet dericious.
Steps

PREP: ************************************
1. Combine all ingredient of marinade into thin sliced peices of meat (about 1/4 of inch thick); let sit for about 15-30 minutes
2. Dice carrots and onions
NOTE: A large plate can serve as a holding container, to which you can transfer the food, as this dish will be prepared in phases ***********************************
Phase I: FRYIN' RICE ************************************
1. Heat up a non-stick frying pan to high
2. Add in veggie/sesame oil
3. Add in rice and break up then spread across the pan using a spatula or wooden spoon
4. Let cook for about 2-3 mintutes
5, Turn over rice and let cook for another 2-3 minutes
6. Add soy sauce and break/stir rice until evenly distributed
7. Let cook for another 4 minutes, stirring every now and then
8. Until the rice just starts to have a slight, golden brown sheen, move to holding container
