Add oil in a pan to fry

While frying sprinkle on top your spices and fry for 30-35 minutes on a medium temperature

In a separate pot fry onion and green pepper

Add curry and vegetables then fry

When tender add baked beans stir to and cook for 2 minutes

Add boiled water with a spoon of soup let it cook for 3 minutes

Ready to serve with your favourite starch
