Orange Marinated Pork Tenderloin
One of my favorite recipes! Love that I can marinate it overnight & just pop in the oven the next day.
Cooking Instructions

Marinade: whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, rosemary, and garlic.

Pour marinade over pork tenderloin.
- 3
Marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 5
Drain pork, reserving the marinade.
- 6
Season pork with salt & pepper to taste.
- 7
Roast until internal temperature is 145°F or higher.
- 8
Meanwhile, strain the reserved marinade and bring it to a simmer. Serve as sauce for meat.
