Ingredients

  1. 1 cuporange juice
  2. 1/3 cupsoy sauce
  3. 2 tbspchopped fresh rosemary
  4. 2 3/4 lbwhole pork tenderloin
  5. 1 pinchsalt & pepper
  6. 3 tsp(or 6 cloves) minced garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Marinade: whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, rosemary, and garlic.

    Pour marinade over pork tenderloin.

  3. 3

    Marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

  5. 5

    Drain pork, reserving the marinade.

  6. 6

    Season pork with salt & pepper to taste.

  7. 7

    Roast until internal temperature is 145°F or higher.

  8. 8

    Meanwhile, strain the reserved marinade and bring it to a simmer. Serve as sauce for meat.
