  • Ingredients
  • 3 cupfresh salad green-- i use spring mix
  • 4baby carrots, grated
  • 12grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbspshredded cheese of your choice
  • 1salad dressing, your choice. i like ranch
  • 1garlic croutons for garnish.

    put first 3 ingredients in large salad bowl then toss together

  2. 2

    divide onto 2 or 3 salad plates

  3. 3

    add salad dressing and croutons

  4. 4

    enjoy!
