Sabse pahle poha ko pani se wash karein. Alag rakh de.

Onion, tomato green chilli, corriender leaves, curry leaves kaat le.

Kdhai mein oil garam karein, rai, jeera, curry leaves, green chilli, onion dalkar saute karein.

Ab potato, tomato, salt dal kar cook karein. Haldi and salt dal kar dhak de.

Jab vegetable cook ho jaye poha mix karein, corriender leaves mix karein.

Do minutes aur cook karein phir garma garam poha plate me nikale. Uper se roasted peanuts dal kar lemon ke sath serve karein.
