Steps

add 1/4 cup olive oil to a pot fry the breast after seasoning them mix flour and other 1/4 cup of olive oil

fry the breast till done then chop them into bite sized pieces

add oil and flour because there isn't enough oil in pan, let the flour cook a bit add broth stir till thickens add water a bit at a time add water if needed to thin out gravy

serve with rice or noodles
