Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 eachplaintain
  • 1 pinchonion flakes
  • 1 pintscayenne pepper
  • 1 pintssalt
  • 1 pinchflax seed

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    spray foil with oil (olive oil preferably)

  3. 3

    chop ripe plaintain into pieces

  4. 4

    mix spices on plaintain slices and spread out on foil

  5. 5

    bake for 25-30 minutes..then Eat!
