To the warm milk, add in the yeast and set aside to let it rise up in warm place.

Mix up all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Using the milk, knead the dough till everything is well done and set it aside in a warm place to rest for about an hour.

Once done, start dividing the dough into equal portions. With this recipe, you can make out 15 (or can depend upon the person making it).

Now with each portion, make out ovals of equal thickness. Make sure to take care to be gentle.

When all the ovals are moulded, set them in warm place preferably for a second round of rising for about 20 mins.

Tawa fry these on low to medium heat with some butter. Each will be done in 3 to 4 minutes.

Serve them with your favourite curries or enjoy these with some plain butter.
