Carob Slab
Fudge like vegan treats...
Steps

Melt the oil, then combine with the carob & syrup. Add to a blender with the dates and whizz until combined. You may need to add a drop or two of water to keep it swimming...

Add the nut butter and a pinch of salt and blitz again.

Pour into a brownie tray lined with greaseproof, then scatter over the nuts. Leave in the fridge until set, then take out and cut into fingers.

Devour.
