Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupLg flake rolled oats
  2. 1/2 cupNatural bran
  3. 1/4 cupWheat germ
  4. 3 tbspChopped almonds
  5. 1 tspCinnamon (optional)
  6. 2 tbspHoney OR Real Maple Syrup
  7. 2 tbspButter
  8. 2 tbspWater

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine oats, bran, wheat germ, almonds, and cinnamon.

    In a sauce pan, heat honey (or maple syrup), butter, and water until hot. Stir in oat mixture. Spread onto a baking pan.

    Bake in oven at 350°F for 8-10 mins or until lightly toasted. Stir once. Let cool completely.
