Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupLg flake rolled oats
  • 1/2 cupNatural bran
  • 1/4 cupWheat germ
  • 3 tbspChopped almonds
  • 1 tspCinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tbspHoney OR Real Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 2 tbspWater

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, combine oats, bran, wheat germ, almonds, and cinnamon.

  2. 2

    In a sauce pan, heat honey (or maple syrup), butter, and water until hot. Stir in oat mixture. Spread onto a baking pan.

  3. 3

    Bake in oven at 350°F for 8-10 mins or until lightly toasted. Stir once. Let cool completely.
