Ingredients

  • 3large potatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 2 Tboil
  • 1ts garlic powder
  • 150 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice the potatoes into small cubes

  2. 2

    Heat pan to medium flame

  3. 3

    Add cooking oil and diced onions to the pan

  4. 4

    Add garlic powder

  5. 5

    Add potatoes and fry till crunchy

  6. 6

    Slice a large tomato and it in. Simmer for 3mins

  7. 7

    Add water, sprinkle in some salt and boil till ready
