Ingredients

  1. 11/2 cupcooked basmati rice
  2. 1/4 cupspinach pury
  3. 1/4 cupCoriander leaves
  4. 2 tbspmint leaves
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tbsplemon juice
  7. 3 tbspboiled green peas
  8. 2green chillies
  9. 1/4 cuponion thin sliced
  10. 3 tbspcottage cheese /paneer
  11. To tasteSalt
  12. 1/4 cupcoconut milk
  13. as neededWater
  14. 2 tbspOil
  15. 1/2 tspbiryani masala

Steps

  1. 1

    First we have to make a paste for that take a mixer grinder jar add Coriander leaves, green chilli,Mint leaves in it add little water and make a fine paste

  2. 2

    Now heat oil in a pan add onion in it Cook till light pink colour

  3. 3

    Now add ginger garlic paste in it saute little

  4. 4

    Add green peas, capsicum, cook for 1minut

  5. 5

    Add spinach pury in it Cook For a minut then add prepared green paste in it

  6. 6

    Add salt and biryani masala mix well And cook till mixture leaves oil

  7. 7

    Add cottage cheese in it mix

  8. 8

    Add cooked rice in the mixture mix well

  9. 9

    Add coconut oil mix and put a lid on pan lower the flame let it cook for 2minuts
