wash the oranges and ream

grate the 2 oranges' barks

flap the eggs and powdered sugar then add the oil

add the orange juice and barks.

sift the flour and baking powder then add it to the mixture

while the muffins are cooking, make the bitter sauce (depending to it's own recipie), then add 200 grams of chocolate to the bitter chocolate sauce

grate the 70 grams of bitter chocolate

when the muffins cook, leave them for chilling. then remove the cups and apply the bitter chocolate sauce.

add the grated chocolate before serving
