Steps

Cut pumpkin in medium size cubes.

Take a 1 pan and put on the gas.

Add oil and crackle cumin and mustard seeds.

Add curry leaves and green chilli.

Add pumpkin pices and saute for ten minutes in medium flame.

Now add salt,chilli powder,turmuric powder,coriander powder.saute five minutes as well.

Cover the lid of the pan.

After five minutes add garam masala and mango powder,sugar.saute as well.

Now add 1/2 bowl of water.

Boil the pumpkin for ten minutes.add coriander leaves.

Now turn off the gas.

Your sweet and sour pumpkin is ready for serve.
