  1. Leftover battermilk
  2. 1 glassmilk
  3. 1/2 cupwhey or 1 lemmon juice
  4. 1malmal cloth

    In a pan heat butter milk

    Add milk to it and wait for a boil

    Add whey or lemon juice and stir for a minute

    You see the milk turns to the curdles

    Now time to pour the paneer on malmal cloth and drain out water
