Great way to enjoy Pancakes even if you're attempting to be healthy! Only 315 calories for the whole shebang (excluding any protein powder or flavouring).

Mash the banana.
- 2
Add the egg and oats and mix well. Add in the protein powder or other flavour/ingredients if you're using it. Mix!

Heat a pan on medium heat. Add a dollop of olive oil. Pour the batter into the pan - should make about 3-6 pancakes depending on size! Cook 3-4 minutes or until golden.

Serve! I had mine with a side of 0% fat Greek yogurt with a bit of honey. Yum!
