Steps

Cut lamb steak into bite sized pieces and slightly tenderize the meat with a meat mallet.

Heat up pan with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Add preferred spice into a bowl and mix. Then take spice mixture and rub on to the cut out meat pieces.

Add seasoned meat to the hot pan and fry to preferred texture.
- 5
When meat is ready add preferred meat sauce over the meat to keep it from drying out. Plate and serve with desired sides.
