  • 1beef stew meat (cut in little cubes)
  • 1 canbeer
  • 1onion diced
  • 2 clovegarlic diced
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 1 cupbeef stock
  • 2 cupfrozen mix veggies

Steps

  1. 1

    place the meat in a oven pan season with salt and pepper mix well

  2. 2

    add all the ingredients to the meat mix well

    cover with aluminum foil and take to oven at 300°F for a minimum of 2 hours

  4. 4

    the meat cook slowly in the oven will be tender and full of flavor
