  • 5 largecarrots washed peeled and cut roughly
  • 5 mediumpotatoes wash peeled and cut roughly
  • 1 largeonion cut roughly
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 1dry parsley and sour cream to garnish
  • 2chicken stock cubes

  1. 1

    wash peel and cut all veggies

    place the in a medium sauce pan cover with water add the stock cubes and season to taste ,cook in medium heat about 40minutes until the veggies are cooked
