Mix bread crumbs, nuts, crushed fried onion rings, and seasoned salt in a plate

combine butter and mustard in a bowl. spread mixture on chicken.

Dip chicken pieces into nut mixture and coat pieces well.

Place chicken on well greased rack set over baking sheet.

Bake for one hour or until chicken reaches an internal temp of 170
