  1. 5 largecarrots washed peeled and cut roughly
  2. 5 mediumpotatoes wash peeled and cut roughly
  3. 1 largeonion cut roughly
  4. 2 clovegarlic
  5. 1salt and pepper to taste
  6. 1dry parsley and sour cream to garnish
  7. 2chicken stock cubes

  1. 1

    wash peel and cut all veggies

    place the in a medium sauce pan cover with water add the stock cubes and season to taste ,cook in medium heat about 40minutes until the veggies are cooked
