Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupdark sauce
  2. 1 tbsplight soy sauce
  3. 2cinammon stick
  4. 5star anise
  5. 1thumbs size rock sugar
  6. 600 gramspork belly
  7. 1 tbspcornstarch with 3tbsp of water

  1. 1

    quick brown pork with rock sugar and.cinammon stick and star anise then add all sauce and mix well

    put all ingredient into pot slowly simmer cook it till pork tender about 2 hour or longer depending on the thickness of the pork

  3. 3

    add cornstarch water for thickening of gravy simmer another3 minutes

  4. 4

    overnite is the best way to flavour up this dish and taste great too

  5. 5

    used fork pull pork apart and serve on white rice
