this was a first attempt at this recipe and it was easy and delish....leftover pieces of chicken where used for chicken burgers! :-)

Ingredients

1 cupProgresso Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
2eggs
1 cupflour
1oil or melted butter
4boneless skinless chicken breast

mix parmesan, bread crumbs in a bowl.

blend eggs briefly in blender or with mixer
3

put some flour on a plate
4

tenderize chicken breast till its 1/4 inch in thickness
5

coat chicken in flour then dredge it in eggs, coat in crumb mixture.

heat oil over medium heat, cook chicken for 8-10 minutes turning once
7

serve with spaghetti and sauce if desired
