Ingredients

250 gramscan puy (brown) lentils
1large or ten cherry best tomatoes
1 packagesof. good feta cheese, cubed
1small onion, sliced thinly
1 clovegarlic (large) crushed
1/2lime (juice only)
2 tbspolive oil
1/2 tspzatar
1small handful coriander(cilantro)

Steps

Run the lentils quickly under water and drain very well, add chopped tomatoes, chunks of cheese and onions. Add lime juice,oil miz gently, season with Zatar and coriander leaves. Add a few leaves of coriander to garnish.

Serves 2-4 as a side dish
