Ingredients

  • 250 gramscan puy (brown) lentils
  • 1large or ten cherry best tomatoes
  • 1 packagesof. good feta cheese, cubed
  • 1small onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 clovegarlic (large) crushed
  • 1/2lime (juice only)
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1/2 tspzatar
  • 1small handful coriander(cilantro)

Steps

  1. 1

    Run the lentils quickly under water and drain very well, add chopped tomatoes, chunks of cheese and onions. Add lime juice,oil miz gently, season with Zatar and coriander leaves. Add a few leaves of coriander to garnish.

    Serves 2-4 as a side dish
