2 tbsppeanut butter
2 tbspsoy sauce
1 tbspginger
100 mlchicken stock

Heat oil in pan

Fry chicken until cooked

Mix peanut butter, soy sauce , ginger and chicken stock in a pan over a low heat

pour over chicken.serve
