Ingredients

3 person
  • 100 gmpaneer
  • 2seke huye papad
  • 1/2 cupboiled corn
  • 1 tspchopped adruk
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1 tsprai
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi
  • 2 tbspmasked dahi at room temperature
  • 1/4 tspkashmiri mirch
  • 1/2coriander powder
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  • salt as par taste
  • 2 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In kadai heat oil add rai and jeera and saute it for 2 minutes

  2. 2

    Add onion. cook till soft. add haldi, kashmiri mirch, red chilli powder and coriander powder and saute for couple of minutes

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes amd roast the masala till oil is separated

  4. 4

    Add 1/4 cup water and add paneer cubes and corn. cook for 2 minutes and add dahi. mix it well

  5. 5

    Add chat masala and crush papad. mix well and cook till papad is soft

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy hot with any pranatha
