  • Steak
  • 6 ozsteak
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspMontreal steak seasoning
  • Salad
  • 2 cupsweet baby leaves
  • 1 pinchwalnuts
  • 6 slicewatermelon
  • Topping
  • 1Gorgonzola cheese crumbles, to taste
  • 1raspberry vinagarette, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat grill to 425°.

  2. 2

    Coat steak (I used filet mignon) in garlic powder and steak seasoning.

  3. 3

    Grill steak; I cooked for about 15 minutes for medium-rare.

  4. 4

    Plate salad ingredients while steak is cooking.

  5. 5

    Slice steak and plate on top of steak.

  6. 6

    Add toppings and serve.
