Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 50 gmsKidney bean
  2. 2 gmsGarlic cloves
  3. 2 gmsGinger
  4. as neededCoriander leaves
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 pinchPepper
  7. 15 gmsPotato starch
  8. 10 gmsWheat starch
  9. 10 mlOil
  10. 30 mlWater
  11. 1 tspnSesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water, let it simmer, add 1 tspn oil in it.

  2. 2

    Combine potato starch & wheat starch, pour half of water in it. Make a dough. Kneed well. Cover, keep a side.

  3. 3

    Boil the overnight soaked kidney beans until cooked fully. Remove strain.

  4. 4

    Chop the kidney Beans.

  5. 5

    Saute garlic, ginger together for 2 minutes, toss the chop kidney beans. Adjust the seasoning.

  6. 6

    Add few drops of sesame oil.

  7. 7

    Remove and cool.

  8. 8

    Cut the starch dough in small size. Flatten the dough with your palm or rolling pin.

  9. 9

    Put one coriander leaf on it and the kidney Bean mixture. Fold it using your finger.

  10. 10

    Paste with oil. Steam for 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
