Kidney beans are a good source of protein, iron, potassium and magnesium. Kidney bean helps to fight again heart disease & diabetes, promotes a healthy and strong immunity.
Steps

Boil water, let it simmer, add 1 tspn oil in it.

Combine potato starch & wheat starch, pour half of water in it. Make a dough. Kneed well. Cover, keep a side.

Boil the overnight soaked kidney beans until cooked fully. Remove strain.

Chop the kidney Beans.

Saute garlic, ginger together for 2 minutes, toss the chop kidney beans. Adjust the seasoning.

Add few drops of sesame oil.

Remove and cool.

Cut the starch dough in small size. Flatten the dough with your palm or rolling pin.

Put one coriander leaf on it and the kidney Bean mixture. Fold it using your finger.

Paste with oil. Steam for 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
