Ingredients

  1. 6spinach leaves
  2. 1 &1/2 teaspoon gramflour
  3. 1potato-boil and cubed
  4. 1small tomato-cubed
  5. 1/2pomegranate
  6. 2 table spoonaaloo bhujia
  7. to tasteSalt according
  8. to tasteGaram masala according
  9. to tasteRed chilli according
  10. 1/2 teaspoonRoasted cumin seed powder
  11. Oil for frying
  12. 1/2 cupcurd
  13. 2 tablespoonimli chutney

Steps

  1. 1

    In gram flour mix salt,red chilli,garam masala and make thick better with the help of water

  2. 2

    Wash spinach leaves and pat dry on kitchen towel.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in kadai.

  4. 4

    Dip spinach leaves in gram flour batter and fry it on medium flame till crisp.

  5. 5

    Arrange these leaves in serving plate.Add potato cubes,diced tomatoes, whisked cud,imli chutney,Roasted cylinders powder,aaloo bhuja and pomegranate seeds over it.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately to avoid sogginess
