In gram flour mix salt,red chilli,garam masala and make thick better with the help of water

Wash spinach leaves and pat dry on kitchen towel.

Heat oil in kadai.

Dip spinach leaves in gram flour batter and fry it on medium flame till crisp.

Arrange these leaves in serving plate.Add potato cubes,diced tomatoes, whisked cud,imli chutney,Roasted cylinders powder,aaloo bhuja and pomegranate seeds over it.

Serve immediately to avoid sogginess
