2 servings
  • 4small bread slices
  • 2 tspMayonnaise
  • 2 tsptomato ketchup
  • Grated veggies (I have used carrot and capsicum)
  • Sliced Tomatoes
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 4 slices bread

    A picture of step 1 of Veg Mayo Sandwich.

    Apply mayonnaise on 1 Slice and tomato ketchup on other

    Spread grated carrot,capsisum and sliced Tomatoes.Sprinkle salt and pepper

    Put another slice on top

    Put the slices in the toaster and slightly toast them.Serve with cucumber slices and tomato slices.
