In a cooker take two tspn oil and one tspn butter fry 5 crushed garlic pods for half a min

Add one chopped onion and half capsicum fry for two min..add one grated tomato again fry for two three minutes..

Add handful peas two florets of cauliflower and one big potato chopped add salt one tspn degi mirch and two tspn pav bhaji masala add half cup of water give four whistles...

Mash well garnish with hara dhania chopped onion butter and serve with buttered pav.
