cut iceberg slices and green onion slices and put in a big plate

place sliced avocado in both sides of the plate

add sliced mushrooms next to avocado

place artichoke slices next to mushrooms

cut cherry tomatoe each in 2 portions and place it next to artichoke
- 6
shreder the carrot and put it in vertical next to tomatoe

make 1 column on each side of the plate from each ingredient already mentioned up

place 1 column of walnuts in the middle of the plate , sprinkle the parmesan over the plate.

dressing: mix the mustard, oregano, olive oil, lemon juice, salt together and place them in a sauce bowl . bon appetit.
