Steps

In a small pot combine tomato soup, vinegar and sugar. Heat until sugar has dissolved.

Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a dish.

Pour hot soup mixture over the pea and bean mixture.
- 4
Stir to combine and cover. Allow to cool completely and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
