Steps

Place the chicken wings in a large resealable bag (or container) and add all the marinade ingredients except the flour.

Seal the bag and shake to mix well. Marinate for about half an hour.

Add the flour, reseal the bag, and shake to mix well again.

Bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for half an hour.

Melt the butter in a pan, then add all the other hot sauce ingredients and mix well.
